The differential pressure transmitter has a range of 0-100 KPA; is it gauge pressure or absolute pressure?
I think I heard someone say that if the unit is PA, it refers to absolute pressure, while if it’s Pa, it refers to gauge pressure; but that seems incorrect
pa-a is absolute pressure, pa-g is gauge pressure
A differential pressure transmitter measures relative pressure itself; there should be no distinction between gauge pressure and absolute pressure.

If measuring gauge pressure, a gauge with the “G” code should be selected; if measuring absolute pressure, one with the “A” code should be used. It is not possible to tell from the pressure unit alone – the appropriate gauge must be identified based on its designation code. Some gauges indicate whether they measure gauge pressure or absolute pressure directly on their label, in Chinese or English.
How can differential pressure transmitters also have absolute pressure and gauge pressure distinctions? A differential pressure transmitter is used to measure differential pressure; it converts the pressure difference across the transmitter’s diaphragm box into a signal for output. Only pressure transmitters distinguish between gauge pressure and absolute pressure; those that measure absolute pressure are known as absolute pressure transmitters.

It should be gauge pressure; the difference between two gauge pressures is also gauge pressure
If measuring gauge pressure, choose one with “G”; if measuring absolute pressure, choose one with “A”. In the absence of any indication, it is gauge pressure.
0~100KPa is a differential pressure, but it can also be said to represent gauge pressure. It definitely isn’t absolute pressure.
