The JX-300XP is being used; the manager has requested that the system’s operation data be copied to a portable hard drive on a monthly basis for archiving. I don’t know how to copy it? Should it be done at the operation station or at the engineer station? Which file to copy? What is the path like? I would like to ask the experts for advice. Thank you!
That’s a trend record; it can be copied from the engineer station. In the RUN folder, it’s likely to be quite large – maybe a few hundred MB
Does it also include some operation records and things like that?
As a supplementary note, the amount of data recorded in one month should be around 1GB. I checked today, and since we’ve been using it for 4 months, another 5GB has accumulated

There is a “Historical Data Tools” package within the software suite; by running the “Historical Data Backup Management” tool from this package on the historical trends server and selecting the time range for which backup is needed, it is possible to export historical data, operation records, alarm records, and fault records. The files resulting from this export are much smaller in size. Moreover, with the newer version of the software 2.65 or later, it is possible to export historical trends as Excel files. You download a 2.65 software from this website and install it on your own computer, after which you can back up the historical data exported there into Excel format
There’s also this feature that I haven’t used yet. But it’s not clear whether this component was installed when the software package was first set up. I feel like the friend upstairs is an expert; could we become friends? mingrds@qq.com,
