It should include units such as cracking, quenching, compression decarburization, compression refrigeration, drying, deacetylenation, demethanization, ethylene separation, and post-separation.
The segmentation of ethylene production units in China varies; a common classification includes: the cracking unit (feedstock handling, cracking furnace operations, quenching processes), the compression unit (compression and refrigeration processes), and the separation unit (cold zone, hot zone, and finished product storage areas)
Pyrolysis section: includes the pyrolysis furnace area, quenching area, raw material pretreatment, and fuel system. Compression section: includes three machines and their oil circuits, rehydration, and process systems ； Methane compressor, circulating hydrogen compressor. Separation section: includes the separation cold zone and the separation hot zone. DPG unit: treatment of pyrolysis gasoline, decarboxylation of C5 and C9 compounds, hydrogenation, and stripping.
