Our company’s heating furnaces use washed oil as fuel; after operating for a period of time, severe scaling occurs on the surface of the furnace tubes, which affects the heating efficiency of the furnaces. What methods or chemicals are generally used for descaling?
That’s right; we haven’t dealt with the scaling on the surface of the heating furnace, but we have taken measures regarding the fuel used in it, such as desulfurizing the dry gas in the heating furnace, dehydrating and reducing the viscosity of the fuel oil, and so on.
