The display value of the pH meter transmitter is unstable, with large fluctuations. Could everyone please analyze the cause of the fault?
First, determine whether the issue is caused by process fluctuations; if not, check whether the transmitter is functioning properly. Is it being interfered with? If the transmitter is not working properly, replace it; if it’s due to interference, take anti-interference measures such as adding a separate ground connection.
Has there been any change in the reference solution, any drift?
It’s due to a problem with the wire, or moisture affecting the connector.
Ours also often have problems. First, we consider whether there have been any significant changes in the process system itself; then we look at the instruments – everything from the wiring to regular calibration can lead to fluctuations. The two pH meters in our facility must be calibrated once a month, otherwise deviations will definitely occur.
