There are many possible reasons for unstable liquid level. First of all, as mentioned above, the feed to the tank is unstable. Just adjust the flow rate of the pump outlet into the tank. Secondly, the unstable outlet flow of the pump leads to unstable liquid level in the tank. The reason can be found from the pump itself. Another very important factor is that the pressure on the top of the tank is unstable. The unstable pressure on the top of the tank causes the pressure head of the outlet pump of the tank to change, the flow rate will change, and the liquid level of the tank will also change accordingly. I don’t know if it is nitrogen sealing, gas sealing or something else. You can find the cause from several aspects such as whether the pressure of the pressurizing medium on the top of the tank is stable, whether the charging valve and pressure instrument are faulty, and whether the exhaust control valve is faulty.
