Why is there a lot of smoke coming from the finished acid tank?

10 hours after the system was shut down for routine maintenance, upon restarting it, it was observed that significant smoke was coming from the finished acid tank (the low-level tank), and the exhaust gas volume was also high； Acid production is carried out through two absorption stages, with a relatively large acid backflow between the first and second absorption stages (acid backflow after the pump). There is also significant mist in the acid circulation tank during these two absorption cycles, but the acid concentration remains within normal ranges. The dry absorption and conversion equipment was not touched during the maintenance work; it’s not clear what could be the reason for this
1. There is an issue with the acid concentration test; the acid concentration is low； 2. Acids are too dirty, affecting absorption efficiency ； 3. The spray device in the dry absorption tower may leak acid, resulting in poor absorption efficiency ； 4. Poor control of acid temperature ； 5. There are many other issues as well; there might be 30 or 40 of them in total
