Questions about standards

GB16629-2005 was issued in 2005, while GB16629-1996 was issued in 1996. Does anyone have information on GB16629-2005? Also, is the food standard for No. 6 solvent oil based on that from 1996 or from 2005? Thank you
Generally, standards that are introduced later replace those that existed before; therefore, as is usual, once the 2005 standard came into effect, the 1996 standard was naturally phased out
