We have a new set of 6 million tons of atmospheric and vacuum pressure. The sealing steam is added to the hot oil pump, which is about 4 kilograms. Has anyone used it before and its general parts and principles?
The main function of the sealing steam is to cool the flushing seal. In order to better control the sealing temperature, another valve can be added to the sealing flushing to adjust the flow and pressure!
Adjust the steam flow appropriately. If it is too small, the effect will be poor or even cause leakage. If it is too large, the pump may be exhausted.
Have you ever heard of it? Low-pressure steam is introduced into the cavity of the sealing jacket to cool the seal.
Sealed steam (also called quenched steam here) is also used in our factory's hot oil pumps. PLAN62 is mainly used for cooling and flushing. Because a small amount of leaking medium can easily coke and cause rapid damage to the seal. With this sealing steam, part of the leaked medium can be taken away with the steam condensate. In addition, our factory has also successfully transformed the quenched water into a sealed steam seal application (the seal had several large leaks before due to easy scaling of water quality, etc., and now it has been running stably for about 3 months after the transformation).
