I am currently working on a project involving the installation of process power pipelines, and I am not very familiar with the format and key considerations of installation contracts. I would appreciate it if experienced colleagues could offer some guidance; it would be great if an electronic version of a similar contract could be provided for review. Just use the standard contract template
This theory is great; it’s an excellent incentive mechanism for newcomers. There are rewards for speaking too! I searched for relevant standard contract templates today and drafted a contract; I’ll take it to meet with the client tomorrow. I hope nothing goes wrong! Hehe! Thank you all!
There are no issues with the contract; however, Party A has significant objections to the project quote. They keep pressing for lower prices; there’s nothing I can do! If you can do it, do it; if not, forget it. Lowering prices puts you at a disadvantage; it’s as if you’re working for others, don’t you think?
