There is something I still can’t figure out. Is a salary of 1,000 yuan and a salary of 3,000 yuan just different in quantity? Calculated according to local housing prices, they are essentially the same. Is this correct or incorrect?

It's different. If you think about it, you may not necessarily buy a house here if you work here. The math is different.
The key is to see what you want to do. If you want to buy a house, it’s the same. You can still live with 1K. But if you want to save money to change jobs, it’s different.

The 4th floor is right. I am still not sure whether I want to buy a house in a low-income place or a high-income place. :o I can only make as much money as possible... :D
