There is no trick except to take out the resin and then repair the filter underneath. The resin in the brine main pipe of the electrolytic cell must be cleaned!
Connect a hose above the valve flange at the bottom of the resin tower, and connect one end of the hose to a vertical open container (preferably a steel pipe, let it stand upright, with a filter underneath). Pass a small flow of pure water for a period of time to allow the resin to flow out automatically. Bag the resin that flows into the container immediately so that the bolts can be repaired and the resin can be installed to save time.
This problem must be solved completely at once. All pipeline valves after the resin tower, including the electric tank, must be cleaned. It should be noted that the resin cleaned from the circulation tank, battery brine main pipe and battery tank cannot be reused. The resin in the super-fine brine storage tank or high-level tank can be collected and used again.

The brine outlet of the resin tower we use from Nantong Jiuxin has a resin trap! Nothing dangerous! Personally I think it’s a safer method: A container that can hold the entire resin, and then put the resin in the resin tower into this container and seal it with pure water. After the resin tower is repaired, use a small submersible pump to pump the resin into the resin tower, but be careful not to damage the resin during the pumping process. Add more pure water and stir with some compressed air.
Open the entrance cover, fill the tower with water, stir it with process air, and pump it with an ejector. One end of the ejector is connected to the pressure water, and the other end is connected to the rubber pipe into the resin tower. Make a trough at the outlet of the ejector to fill the water and resin. This is the most convenient and fast.
The resin somehow got into the electrolytic tank. The poster can suggest setting up two parallel pipeline filters, which can reduce the risk of resin entering the electrolytic tank.
