Amidst the pleasant breeze and cool dew of this season, the first Foreign Languages Culture Festival in the Foreign Languages District was grandly inaugurated on November 9, 2009! Exciting activities and generous rewards are waiting for you to participate! Event organizer: Haichuan Chemical Forum Foreign Language Club. Event slogan: Make the language more vivid, and make the culture more exciting (Make languages more lively and cultures more fascinating). Purpose of the event: To combine learning with fun, thereby fostering interaction among forum members, increasing the traffic to the website, improving members’ foreign language skills, enhancing their understanding of foreign cities, and allowing those with a common interest in learning foreign languages to progress together. Collection and organization of image materials: Divided into sections based on the natural and cultural features of various continents around the world, users can upload pictures of their favorite cities. The management team then organizes the information and presents it. (Predicted duration: two to four weeks, subject to change) 2. Image display: The photo exhibition is divided into five sections, namely Asian, European, American, Oceania, and African themes. Special posts are also created for marine enthusiasts to leave messages and comments. After the pictures are displayed, the comments collected will be compiled to select the ten favorite cities (pictures), and these ten cities (pictures) will then be put up for voting to determine the city that fans consider the most favorite (picture).
