Recently, working on fine chemical projects, I have encountered many organic media that require corrosion resistance (flammable and explosive). PPR/FRPP is planned to be selected. I am facing the following problems: 1. What standard should be used for selecting pipe fittings? HG20539 flanges start from DN65; I would like to use flange connections for both the equipment and valves. What standard should be adopted in this case? 2. Can HG/T20606 be used for gaskets? 3. What standards should be followed for bolts and nuts? For pipe flanges? 4. How to solve the problem of static electricity grounding? I would be extremely grateful if experts could help answer this question
For flammable and explosive media, the use of non-metallic pipes should be avoided; glass-lined pipe flanges can be used with copper sheets bridged at the flanges. If it is truly necessary to use PP-based materials for the pipes, then first, they must be short; second, the flow velocity must be less than 1 m/s; third, copper wires wrapped around the outside of the pipes are used to conduct away the charge.

For applications involving PP, and for flammable and explosive media that require the use of non-metallic pipes, what standards or specifications govern flow rate limits? 2. For anti-static measures, I also plan to use copper wires wrapped around the outside of the tube to discharge electricity. Also: Are there any non-metallic pipes that can conduct electricity? 3. What standards apply to pipe fittings as well?
