Opinions and views on some activities and the number of posts

After a year of practice, many problems came to light; the mechanical equipment section stopped holding certain activities last year, as it was felt that such actions were trying to force things to develop too quickly. The moderators put in a lot of effort, but doing so merely to increase the number of posts seemed to go against the spirit of free communication. The section should still be developed on the basis of encouraging the posting of good topic posts and rewarding excellent replies, because if the person in charge of organizing events is unable to carry out their duties, who will take over? It is bound to plummet. Should the appointment of technical experts be halted? Why is there a current decline in communication? Activists, especially those with a higher level of expertise who are regularly involved in communication, might consider systematic rewards or other forms of recognition. On some so-called large forums, where only a few dozen posts are replied to in a day, the number of experts exceeds that of posts – it’s ridiculous! Is it an expert? Nowadays, anyone can upload whatever kind of material they want. Especially those in lower grades are eager to get points. Everyone can discuss the issues related to removing the reward section and the uploading functionality. The system for awarding points has been in use for over half a year now, and it has achieved considerable results. The reward section was just revised, but the effects so far aren’t obvious~

In this way, moderators of the respective sections carry out regular sorting and cleanup. This also makes it easier for professionals from various fields to find what they need. Everything is concentrated now, and it feels difficult to handle. Moderators who give arbitrary scores and fail to organize the materials or posts can be evaluated. There’s also the issue with rewards for which no response is received after a long time, and one cannot cancel such rewards either. It still seems there are some issues at the moment!
