Behind the filter presses, there is a press water suction tank with a diameter of 1.5 m and a height of 4 m, and then comes the filter press filtrate storage tank. I don’t know what the reason is? Diaphragm filter presses require diaphragm compression, and the compression medium can be air or water. You use water for extrusion; of course, you use an extrusion water station.
I would like to ask if the original poster is a friend of Xinli or PZHSTEEL. I haven’t seen the process design, so it’s hard to say, but the explanation from the friend above is quite reasonable. But this is where the problem described by the original poster might lie: the high-pressure water station is not in a sequential relationship with the filtrate and washing liquid.
