I would like to ask about the structure and main equipment for waste heat recovery in gas production
The equipment for recovering waste heat from gas production is mainly gas production waste heat boilers, which come in tube-type and heat-pipe types. As for the equipment used for recovering blast furnace gas heat, this includes combustion furnaces, waste heat boilers (which can be either water-tube or heat-pipe types), steam superheaters, economizers, air preheaters, fans, water pumps, and so on.
LS has already explained it in great detail~~ Additional items include: drums, induced draft fans, (water walls in front of some steam superheaters), dust removal devices (water film dust collectors), flue gas desulfurization devices, boiler soot blowing devices, temperature and pressure reduction devices, safety valves, drain valves, etc....
