It’s better to have simple rules

It must be admitted that this forum is well-managed and of high quality. But the rules are too strict, which makes me afraid to post. Why? Afraid of punishment. I think the development of a website requires active participation from everyone; even immature or incomplete ideas can be put forward for discussion. But after reading the forum’s rules, I felt a bit intimidated. I believe many people feel the same way. I suggest that the moderator consider simplifying the rules a bit and relaxing some of the conditions I believe everyone is grateful for the effort that Banzhu has put in.
Could you be more specific? The rules there are complex; do those rules need to be relaxed?
