Enterprise management is of utmost importance, with numerous categories, each being distinct. Managers, be cautious; do not copy blindly, focus on practicality. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step; a tower thousands of feet tall rises from the ground. In business management, the same principle applies: start with the basics and then move on to more complex aspects. Multiple methods, few dogmas; learn the principles and hone one’s skills. The rise and fall of enterprises is no trivial matter; big or small, they are all like giant ships. A ship sails forward thanks to the helmsman; with joint efforts, it cuts through the waves! Those in charge bear heavy responsibilities – without learning, how can they succeed?! Formulating strategies requires a focus on management, and it’s essential to adapt to the market; analyzing the environment demands objectivity, as well as gathering information to gain a deeper understanding. Opportunities must be seized, for only by doing so can success be achieved. To attract idle funds, what’s the best trick? Integrity first. Who am I? I need to promote things, engage in charitable work, and be enthusiastic. Shape like a tree, create a famous brand; leverage CIS to boost my reputation. Manage the site with “5S”; good experience brings endless benefits. The factory is clean and highly praised; it emphasizes environmental protection and earns a good reputation. Reputation is an intangible asset – cherish it and keep working to improve it! A product’s value lies in its novelty; it’s important to identify the target consumer group. It doesn’t matter if the group is small, as long as they are willing to spend money, that’s what truly counts! If others have it, I can have it too, but the key is to know how to distinguish between them. Leverage one’s strengths and avoid weaknesses, and compete by relying on credibility. Such things may exist or may not; remember firmly to stay away from them! Diversification remains a topic of debate – without proper protection, success or failure is possible. When entering a new industry, one must be cautious; there are four stages that require careful consideration: first, enlightenment; second, following the trend; third, chaotic competition; fourth, stabilization. High risk, a start in numeracy – if successful, it will be astonishing. During the trend-following phase, speed is key; slow progress makes success difficult. In the chaotic phase, strength matters; those with limited strength should avoid getting involved! In the stable phase, the situation is already set – success is only possible for those who are truly exceptional. For a business to thrive, capital is essential; it’s important to use it wisely, regardless of whether there’s much or little of it available. The turnover rate needs to be increased; fixed production must not be relaxed. Use funds wisely and in a planned manner; avoid acting blindly. Focus on production and keep costs under control – how can one compete with high costs? Those in leadership positions must keep this in mind: only by holding firm control over the situation can things be managed properly. Financial control must be secured, and the power to appoint and dismiss people should not be relaxed. These two powers, united within oneself, allow one to remain steady on the platform, unshaken by storms. If it’s a minor matter, delegate authority; don’t handle every detail personally. When setting up departments, be cautious; avoid copying foreign models and prioritize practicality. If authorization is granted first, then appointment follows; without a proper title, there’s no basis for justification! After the appointment, authorization is granted – but to whom does it belong? Who is under its authority? What is the extent of that authority, and how should communication take place? What are the responsibilities, and how should they be evaluated? All such matters need to be addressed carefully; one cannot rely on mere words alone. Salary-related matters are serious; each position requires evaluation. Salaries are determined by the position; who takes on the role is decided through competition. The salary amount is unknown; the key factor is the performance evaluation. If the position changes, the salary must change as well; rewards and punishments need to be clear. If holding a meeting, stick to the main topic only; be clear in your views. If that’s the case, draw circles first; once it’s decided, who dares to criticize? Provide good guidance, offer encouragement, conduct thorough analysis, and listen carefully: consider various viewpoints and approaches, assess the advantages and disadvantages, and then make a comprehensive judgment. Give instructions that are few but precise; think carefully first before taking action. Making a promise is no trivial matter; if it is given, it must be kept! In facing major issues, one must remain calm, avoid relying solely on unverified information, and consider various perspectives. When assigning tasks, three things must be determined: set a deadline, establish standards, and designate one person who is responsible! The person assigned the task must act in accordance with the rules and distribute the work based on their responsibilities. Those in leadership positions should conduct thorough inspections; if giving orders, ensure there are no gaps in communication! Keep a sharp eye and carry out regular evaluations, acting as mentors to uncover talent. Those who are capable should be promoted, while those who are not should be demoted – talent should be chosen based on merit, not personal relationships. Leaders must remember that millions of soldiers can be kept under control by having them in mind. There should be plans and inspections, and performance should be assessed to determine who is good and who is bad. How can we measure quality and distinguish between excellence and inferiority? Use scientific methods for evaluation, and performance rankings will become clear naturally. When it comes to establishing systems, rigor is essential: first, assess the situation, then conduct evaluations. Can these elements conflict with one another? Can they complement each other? Is there a proper sequence for handling things? How can right and wrong be determined? Think carefully about such matters; never act rashly! When introducing new systems, leave room for flexibility, implement them first and carry out enforcement later. The corporate system is the law, and before the law, everyone is equal! Those in leadership positions are no exception; those who enforce the law must be strict! What brings a company together? Its corporate culture and spirit! A minimum standard of quality is ensured by systems, while excellence knows no limits and depends on the spirit. Make good use of opportunities, tackle major issues, promote integrity, and punish bad practices. Up and down, the direction is clear, the strength is great, and things will be accomplished on their own. To manage a business, what is the foundation? Among countless factors, people come first! As human beings, we have many needs; first, we need to meet our basic needs for food and shelter, and only then can we focus on achieving success in our endeavors. These two matters are of great importance; if taken lightly, it will be hard to retain people. Those without ambition muddle through life; those with ambition choose the right time to take action. If hiring people, keep in mind: promotions, advancements, opportunities, etc. If the conditions are similar, recruit internally first and then hire externally. Veteran employees who make significant contributions, understand the fundamentals, and are well-versed in the ins and outs. Well done, you deserve a promotion; everyone should follow suit – the power is limitless!
