The calculated production capacity should use the total volume, with the unit: tons of urea per M3 per day.
Hehe, in engineering, there are also tanks with a nominal volume specified; for example, a vertical storage tank with a nominal volume of 5000 cubic meters has a total volume greater than 5000 cubic meters (including the space occupied by the end caps), while its effective loading volume is less than 5000 cubic meters； In this case, I’ve also been puzzled: which volume data actually represents the capacity of that container?
The nominal volume, or total volume, refers to the total volume inside the container as calculated theoretically. Effective volume refers to the maximum usable volume taking into account operation and storage conditions. For example: for a nitric acid storage tank with a capacity of 200 cubic meters, the nominal volume indicated on the drawings is 220 cubic meters, with a filling factor of 0.9; therefore, the maximum actual usable volume is 200 m³.
