A solution to the issue of ACAD printing an empty document: A partner sent a DWG file in 2004 format, which was not encrypted either; it needed to be converted to PDF format, but the resulting PDF was also empty. When using an actual printer, the preview shows no content either; when it is transferred to different computers or different versions of CAD, people still report that it doesn’t work. Please have the original image creator send it; the response is still no. I found similar requests for help online, but there were no solutions. There might be an error in the graphics. Out of curiosity, I entered the audit command to conduct a check, and the following was displayed: Check header, Check table, Element check – Phase 1; Phase 1: ????? objects have been checked. Element check – Phase 2: AcDbBlockReference(21); BTR Id is invalid. AcDbBlockReference(21) cannot be repaired. It will be deleted. In Phase 2, ????? objects were checked; ??? blocks were examined. A total of 1 error was found, 1 of which has been fixed, and 1 object was deleted. Upon re-running the print preview, everything appeared normal. Upon closer inspection of the information displayed when the graphic was opened, it was found that there was a \"** Undefined block #-1\" error. When encountering such issues, it is advisable to conduct an audit first; correcting the errors within the graphic may resolve the problem.
Hehe, learned another trick; thanks to the original poster for sharing it.
A typical case of CAD file corruption!
