Sales or design?

In the blink of an eye, I have several years of work experience. I have been a technical manager on the production line and have also done technology development work in related fields. It's the end of the year and I want to change places. I have an employer I'm interested in, but I'm a bit confused as to what I'm going to do.: The current unit is a large one, and the new unit is a small company. Relatively speaking, there are more opportunities. I just don’t know whether I should be a sales manager or go to the technical department to do key technology research and development work. The salary is almost the same. Haha I don’t know how you all think about your future, haha.
Do design first, then do technical sales, very popular
When you go from a big company to a small company, you will find that it is very different.* used! If you like design, do design. You can make money by doing sales, but it depends on whether you like sales. If you are not suitable for sales, it is better to be a technical person.
