The new companies that produce pesticide intermediates have encountered delays – it has been over 2 years now. They are now preparing for commissioning, which involves cleaning the storage tanks and reaction vessels. Most of the storage tanks are made of carbon steel, while most of the reaction vessels are enamel-coated; there are also a few stainless steel reaction vessels. It has already been washed with water, but it doesn’t seem to have worked very well. I would like to ask the experts how I can clean it thoroughly so that it meets the standards required for driving
Enameled reaction kettles and stainless steel reaction kettles can generally be cleaned with water. After sandblasting carbon steel storage tanks, wet flour can be used to remove rust and eliminate the rust layer on the surface.
It can’t be washed away with plain water; I’ve tried washing it several times already, and there is still grease in the stainless steel reactor. Carbon steel storage tank, small size with no manholes or handholes; pipes and valves have already been installed. The rust inside cannot be cleaned away with water. It’s really troublesome; I hope fellow sailors can help
Heat the stainless steel reactor and wash it with alkaline water! !
Chemical cleaning can meet the requirements.
