Laws and Regulations: (1) The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Work Safety (Order of the President of the People’s Republic of China No. 70). This law was adopted at the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 9th National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on June 29, 2002; it is hereby promulgated and shall come into force on November 1, 2002. (2) The Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases (Order of the President of the People’s Republic of China No. 60). This law was adopted at the 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 9th National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on October 27, 2001; it is hereby promulgated and shall come into force on May 1, 2002. (3) The Fire Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (Decree No. 6 of the People’s Republic of China), revised on October 28, 2008, was amended and adopted at the fifth meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on the same date. The revised Fire Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China is now promulgated and shall come into force on May 1, 2009. (4) The Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China (Decree No. 22 of the People’s Republic of China) was adopted at the 16th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 8th National People’s Congress on October 30, 1995, and came into effect on April 1, 1996. (5) The Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China (Decree No. 28 of the People’s Republic of China) has been in effect since January 1, 1995. (6) The Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals (Decree No. 344 of the State Council) came into effect on March 15, 2002. Original poster, there’s a website called Baidu Law where you can go and look up information. Otherwise, if someone tells you something, it’s just that they have learned it again themselves without making any progress. This isn’t a very difficult technical issue.
