1) When connecting to the steam system, the steam pressure in the boiler should be slightly lower than that in the steam main; for medium-pressure boilers, this difference is usually 0.05–0.1 Mpa. 2) The steam temperature in the boiler at the time of connection should also be lower than the rated value, typically by 30–60°C, to prevent the steam temperature from exceeding the rated value due to increased combustion after connection； 3. The drum water level should be kept lower to prevent a sharp rise in water level during steam merging, which could lead to steam carrying water and a drop in its temperature; generally, the drum water level should be 30-50 mm below the normal level during steam merging ； 4) The steam quality shall meet the quality standards ； 5) The boiler combustion remains stable.
