Which design institutes across the country are qualified to design copper electrolysis projects?

I would like to ask everyone: which design institutes across the country are qualified to design copper electrolysis projects, and what is the actual performance of these projects?
Nanchang Nonferrous (Ruilin), Tongling Nonferrous, and Beijing Institute of Nonferrous Metals should all be fine.

There are many design institutes that can handle copper electrolysis design, but there aren’t many projects, and even fewer of them are done well. China Ruilin takes the lead, followed by Tongling Nonferrous Metals Design Institute and Yuntong Design Institute, which also perform well. China Enfi and Changsha Nonferrous Research Institute have fewer projects and lack experience in this area.
