You will find many problems only after you actually work. Also, the equipment of each factory may be different, although the process may be roughly the same, or it may be different. Also, the key technology for operating TCS is very valuable now, and others will not tell you easily.
It is an eternal truth that true knowledge comes from practice. First-line knowledge relies on the accumulation of experience and flexible thinking of the brain, integrating theory into actual production!

TCS distillation is very mature and is not much different from general distillation, so there is no need to worry too much. The main thing is to combine theory with practice. It also depends on your buyer’s requirements for your product, such as main purity, low boiling content, etc.

The main operational difficulty is the wear and tear on pipelines and valves during the transportation of silicon powder. Frequent replacements result in multiple starts and stops. There is no effective solution.
