(The Bently Nevada 3500 system) Its hardware must include the following components: 3300 XL Pro*mitor® Sensor 330180-AXX-BXX Power Supply 3500/15-AXX-BXX-CXX A: Power Supply Type (Top Slot) High Voltage ac (175 to 250 Vac rms) B: Power Supply Type (Bottom Slot) High Voltage ac (175 to 250 Vac rms) Communication Gateway 3500/92 -AXX-BXX-CXX A: I/O Module Type Ethernet/RS485 Modbus I/O Module B: Memory Type Low Memory Rack Interface Module 3500/20 -AXX-BXX-CXX A: Rack Interface Type TMR RIM B: Type of I/O Module I/O module with RS232/RS422 interface Keyphasor® Module 3500/25 -AXX-BXX-CXX A: Number of Channels Single half-height 2-channel Keyphasor® card (for 2-channels) B: Type of I/O Module Isolated I/O module with External Terminations Pro*mitor® Monitor 3500/40 -AXX-BXX A: I/O Module Type I/O Module with External Terminations Pro*mitor/Seismic Monitor 3500/42M – xxxx Temperature Monitor 3500/61-xxxx 16-Channel Relay Module 3500/33 -AXX-BXX A: Output Module 16-Channel Relay I/O Module 4-Channel Relay Module 3500/32 -AXX-BXX A: Output Module 4-Channel Relay I/O Module TMR Relay Module 3500/34 -AXX-BXX A: I/O Module Type TMR Relay I/O Module Rack 3500/05 -AXX-BXX-CXX-DXX-EXX A: Rack Size 19-inch Rack (14 Module Slots) B: Mounting Options Rack Mount Option, Full-Size Rack (mounts to 19-inch EIA Rack) Other General Requirements: • One copy of each of the following software packages must be provided: Rack Configuration Software and Configuration Manual Operator Display Software and Software Manual • Relay output modules will only be used when required as SIS inputs (consider the TMR Relay Module and TMR Rack Interface Module) • 3500 Galvanic Isolator Interface units shall be provided for all input channels; these interface units must be installed on appropriate backplanes. • Probes, Pro*mitors, and extension cables should be certified as intrinsically safe • All probes should be specified with metric dimensions. The 3500 Configurator is used for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the 3500 vibration monitoring system; it requires an operating system at least as advanced as win2000, along with specialized configuration software. Technical requirements for the compressor: For shaft displacement, the interlock voting system shall be 2-out-of-2. The probe used is 8 mm in diameter. For shaft vibration as well, the interlock voting system is 2-out-of-2, and the probe size is also 8 mm. Probes with a 8 mm diameter should be used. Requirements necessary for connection to the DCS/SIS system: The monitoring systems must be able to transmit the necessary digital and analog information to the DCS, including vibration and displacement analog signals, digital status, power supply status, self-diagnosis status, alerts for system failures and common faults in each monitor, hardware and software diagnostic information, and communication connection status. All interlock signals must be transmitted to the SIS system via hardwired connections. The end users are required to send relevant technical personnel to participate in the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and technical training. The number of participants is 6, and the duration is 3 weeks. The training will take place at the manufacturer of the control system for the compressor unit, which will provide accommodation and meals. The training contents include software configuration training and system configuration verification. Training on hardware configuration inspection and maintenance. Methods for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware faults. Methods for adjusting control parameters, etc. The supplier shall notify the end user four weeks before the start of the FAT. Relevant technical support and service requirements: The system supplier shall provide comprehensive technical support and services during installation, commissioning, and operation, including installation inspections, verification of control circuits, and inspection of cable connections. Other requirements will be determined on KOM, such as the numbering system for instrumentation equipment and related label information. Note: 1. Compressor Bently vibration meters are supplied in 2 sets (each set includes 12 vibration measurement points plus 30% spare points; the configuration is shown in Figure CF279-10100). 2. The manufacturer is responsible for establishing the communication link between the two Bently vibration meters, using the RS485 interface and Modbus-RTU protocol to ensure proper communication with the DCS. 3. One DELL portable PC for configuration, equipped with the latest mainstream specifications, and one Patriot USB flash drive. 4. One set of complete system documentation (including the final configuration files), one electronic document, one CD containing the legitimate Windos 2000 operating system and configuration software, and one set of hardware and software manuals. The manufacturer must meet all of the above requirements to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the system ; Including all communication, design, configuration, commissioning, on-site service, and factory acceptance, etc ; On-site service duration of over 8 days.
