Please tell me how to judge if there is a slight leakage in the economizer?
The economizer flue gas temperature should change.
The simplest way to judge in general operation is to see whether the chimney emits a large amount of white smoke or whether the amount of deaerated water increases and the steam production decreases. When such a situation occurs, there must be an internal leak in the boiler, but as to whether it is an internal leak in the economizer, it will be ruled out step by step depending on the specific situation.
We have had water-cooling wall leaks. I personally think it is inappropriate to simply observe the steam volume in terms of process, unless the leakage is very large. I think we can only observe more during the shutdown process. Let’s see what the boiler experts have to say!
If the smoke temperature measurement points on both sides of the economizer differ by 10 degrees, it is necessary to strengthen monitoring, and then check whether the ash pipe at the bottom of the economizer is blocked and whether the ash discharge is abnormal or water flows out. These two points can determine the economizer leakage.
The chimney will emit white smoke and the temperature of the economizer will drop. Check the lower part on site to see if there is any leakage.
