Reactor dryer issues

During the first start-up, the reactor does not have a dryer; the catalyst is added directly. Can the catalyst be used together with the dryer in later stages? If possible, what issues need to be considered? Have other companies had similar experiences with such operations?
Of course not! The purpose of drying the furnace or dryer is to remove water and sinter the lining; by doing so, it’s as if the catalyst is immersed in steam!

Preheat the two heaters until they reach a temperature at which burning oil can be sprayed, after which additives can be added to continue the heating process.
The reactor can be heated using an electric heating strip.
It’s definitely not possible; since this new unit is being put into operation for the first time, the reactor lining contains a high amount of moisture and has not been sintered, which will damage the catalyst.
Just as mentioned above, the moisture from the lining needs to be removed first. Electric heating is generally sufficient to meet the temperature requirements, and it is easy to control. Active participation
