What is the difference between Lug drilled and Lug threaded?

I would like to know what the differences are between these two types of flanges? What is the Chinese name? It would be great to have pictures~ Thank you~
If it is for flanges, there should be one type that is a regular drilled flange, and another type that has threaded holes (commonly used in valves; this is usually the approach taken when it is not possible to tighten nuts)
In Chinese it should be called “ear-type”; it is a type of flange connection commonly used in butterfly valves. The main difference lies in whether it has through-holes or threaded holes.
