We stop the pump during installation and vent at the low point. . Under normal circumstances, it won’t freeze. .
Do you use vertical tube bundles or horizontally arranged tube bundles for the air cooling system? We use horizontally arranged tube bundles; when the amount of work to be done is small, the exposed surfaces are prone to freezing. However, when a single circuit is disconnected, there is a greater risk of leakage from the inlet control valves for air cooling
In the north, the media used for heat transfer in winter are prone to freezing; it is necessary to strengthen inspections and monitoring to ensure that the temperature does not drop too low and that there is no deviation in flow. During winter, we must cover the air-cooling fins with felt. Where possible, variable-frequency fans should be used.
Adjusting the opening degree of the air-cooling louvers can prevent freezing
There are no blinds, only variable frequency； If not, I think during deep cooling it would be necessary to add steam coils at the air inlets to reduce heating, but this doesn’t conform to the goals of energy saving and consumption reduction. Do any of you have any better suggestions?
