Seeking help: The high-temperature chlorination of propylene to produce epichlorohydrin. Could any expert provide information on the patent holders related to this process? Are there any companies in China that are capable of designing such processes, or have already carried out such designs? I would be very grateful. Additionally, if anyone has relevant process documentation on this topic, I would appreciate it if they could discuss it with me privately. Thank you
