I am planning to design an ammonium bisulfite plant that uses ammonia water to absorb sulfur dioxide. Considering cost factors, I intend to use liquid ammonia to produce ammonia water. Could any expert tell me what kind of equipment is needed, what issues should be taken into account during the process? I also saw something online called a \"super ammonia absorber\" – I’m not sure what that is like
The process is very simple: liquefied ammonia is vaporized, water is placed in a storage tank, an ammonia gas pipe is inserted into the water, ammonia is introduced for a certain period of time for sampling and analysis, and once the requirements are met, the ammonia filling is completed.

It is recommended to use a two-stage liquid absorption system under cold conditions. Once the first stage reaches saturation, the exhaust gas enters the second stage; by testing the concentration of the absorbent liquid in the second stage, it is possible to determine the ammonia absorption results. After the ammonia-water solution in the first stage becomes saturated, water is added to switch it to the second stage, while the former second stage becomes the first stage, and this process is repeated. Depending on the amount used, a falling film absorber generally provides better absorption results.
