Before driving, it’s necessary to do a test drive, as well as set all the control settings and check the valves, etc.
One of the preparatory tasks before starting up a PSA unit is to complete the construction work and carry out the three inspections and four verifications in accordance with the drawings. The most important thing is to have devices for playing along with the technical expertise and operators
Is the electrical system functioning properly? Are the instruments working correctly? Is the power equipment in good condition? Are the valves opening/closing properly? Is the oxygen level inside the device above the acceptable limit? It’s not specific enough; there are too many details. It’s similar to other positions I guess
Driving is divided into driving from a stationary position and driving after normal parking. There are many preliminary tasks to be carried out before starting operation, such as ensuring proper pipeline purging, successful pressure testing for airtightness, normal operation of mechanical equipment, and successful program debugging ; It is relatively simple to start the vehicle after normal parking; check the status of each adsorption tower during the inspection procedure, then start the vehicle normally. There should be detailed instructions in the operation manual.
