The plant requires that the liquid level in the pressurized container be maintained at 60%, with the pressure ranging from 0.19 to 0.25 MPa.:dizzy: Is it acceptable to set the lower limit for liquid level control?
It’s baffling! What the manufacturer requires are the containers within the accompanying unit; since it’s their requirement, there must be some reason for it! Since others are unaware of the functions of the container, they naturally dare not make arbitrary guesses@@. If discussion is to take place, it’s necessary to clarify the manufacturing process and the medium involved!

It is recommended that the LZ explain the specific production process in detail; for example, in certain production processes, the materials must undergo thorough gas-liquid separation before moving on to the next stage, and in such cases the liquid level in the storage tank should not be allowed to drop too low. To prevent too much vapor from being carried into the next process step.
