1. If the foundation is not solid, check whether the anchor bolts are loose. 2. The motor rotor is unbalanced. 3. There are issues with the bearing installation or the bearings themselves. These are the things that come to mind for now!
Check the air gap and whether the stator is elliptical. A sudden power outage can be used to determine whether the issue is electrical or mechanical. It mainly depends on whether the vibration decreases after a power outage.

If none of these exist, then check whether the foundation is not firmly compacted, whether there are any gaps beneath it, and whether the mass of the foundation is too low – the mass should be approximately three times that of the machine unit.
1# dahuafei23 There are many reasons, most of which are installation-related issues. As the classmate above already said, I think it could also be caused by the rotor and stator not being aligned, or by the stator not being circular.
Remove your motor and test it on a test bench to see if there is any vibration; if not, then it’s a problem with the foundation
There is usually no problem with the motor running idle; check whether the bearing housing and bearing clearances are within the standard range, as well as perform a static balance inspection of the impeller. If everything is fine, then the issue lies with the foundation.
Is the foundation not compacted properly? Are there any gaps beneath it? It’s difficult to check even after it’s installed. My motor vibrates heavily, with a vibration level of 10 MM/S; how can this vibration be addressed?
From my experience, a weak foundation is a minor issue; first check the bearings, then verify whether the silicon steel sheets of the rotor are aligned with the rotor shaft, and finally examine the balance of the rotor.
