Please help to add that (1) it is prohibited to carry out any work in the heat shield area when the product is taken out of the furnace. (2) When opening the furnace holes after it has been taken out of the furnace, no other personnel are allowed to be behind the operator; it is also prohibited to use mud balls with high moisture content to block the furnace holes or to throw such mud balls to block them. (3) After the furnace holes are heated, the piercing tool should be pulled to the predetermined position and placed there to prevent injury to those working around the furnace
1. Strictly follow the regulations regarding timing and quantity to standardize the operation of taking products out of the furnace； 2. Standardize the maintenance of furnace tuyeres and include it in the assessment system ； 3. Ensure that the burn-through gun and electrical control switches are in a safe state ； 4. Keep the hot bars in their designated positions to prevent burns or trips ； 5. Remove any foreign objects from the track after baking to ensure smooth operation ； 6. Regularly check the condition of the cooling water pipelines around the furnace nozzles; report any leaks immediately for prompt handling ； 7.
