Have you all ever thought about a plan for your career? Is everything being carried out as planned? Power construction companies, design institutes, power plants, project departments of project owners, power supply bureaus, and so on... Excluding factors such as individual capabilities, which organization in the power industry has the best prospects for development? In other words, for those who have just entered this industry, what kind of process is appropriate to follow in order to gain a better understanding of it and achieve better development.
In the power industry, I needn’t go into detail about the five major power generation groups. Huaneng is the best, followed by Datang, and Guodian in third place. If you have the ability, aim to work at the top two companies. In fact, the best opportunities for development lie in the newly built plants; these large power companies are all working on new projects in areas such as natural gas, coal chemical processing, and wind power. Although working in these newly established companies involves tougher conditions, the benefits and opportunities available there are excellent. As for career planning, it doesn’t depend solely on oneself; it also depends on who you meet and what happens around you. Good people can help you, while bad people can harm you. And most importantly, there’s the factor of opportunity
