Vibration issues with E+H mass flow meters

Why do some of the E+H mass flow meters (based on the Coriolis principle) in our factory vibrate and make a buzzing sound when no fluid is flowing through them? While some are fine. When it vibrates, traffic is indicated; when the measuring tube is pressed with the hand, the traffic decreases.
We use Rosemount mass flow meters, which vibrate once they are powered on. If there is a traffic display, could it be that stress from the installation has not been eliminated? Before putting it into use, it should be filled with the medium, then the inlet and outlet stop valves should be closed to calibrate the zero point. For reference only.
