Can any master provide an introduction to the bag material used in bag filters?
The material should be polypropylene fiber, with or without coating.
I don’t know under what working conditions the bag material you mentioned is used, such as: Temperature, corrosion and more!
The material is a chemical fiber product made of polypropylene fiber. Whether to apply the film or not depends on your choice.
Large companies with money will specify the use of expensive materials such as polyphenylene sulfide, while those with less money will say otherwise. Ordinary polymer materials can be made into fibers. They must be strong and wear-resistant. They must be stable at 120 degrees and cannot be melted.
6# Shoulu polyphenylene sulfide material, also called PPS, is generally safer to use below 130 degrees. It can withstand up to 180 degrees and can withstand 200 degrees instantly. It ages faster at high temperatures.
