Seeking a plan for assembling the tower in sections on the ground. Those precautions can also be discussed.
First of all, attention should be paid to levelness, or rather perpendicularity; this is the biggest challenge when aligning the ground surface. Another thing to consider is measuring the circumference of the disc to check whether it is aligned properly, whether there are any misalignments, and whether everything meets the specified standards
On a flat surface, several horizontal saddles are placed, but these saddles can all be rotated using gears. The segmented tower sections are then placed on top of them. Before final assembly, more than 4 lines are drawn along the vertical axis of the tower; the number of lines depends on the diameter of the tower. It’s important to number these lines, as there are specific requirements regarding the tower’s internal plates and pipe openings. After aligning the lines, fine adjustments are made. This is generally how tower manufacturers proceed. Additionally, protective plates for the tower platform need to be welded in place; the platform can either be constructed on the ground or after the tower has been erected, with the latter method resulting in significant cost differences
Additionally: Please give special consideration to ensuring the flatness of the tray or other internal components of the tower. This is crucial for tower operation.
