What are the common faults of frequency converters?
Generally, it is output overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, as well as too high voltage of the module! As for specific problems, you can check the fault code displayed on the inverter’s panel and then refer to the inverter’s manual to resolve those faults!
The main faults fall into the following categories: faults related to inverter parameter settings; overvoltage faults (input AC overvoltage, overvoltage during generation); overload (inverter overload and motor overload); overcurrent (caused by a short circuit at the inverter’s output); undervoltage (problems with the power supply circuit, possibly due to severe overload or poor connections in the wiring); excessive temperature; output imbalance (motor vibration, unstable speed); damaged switching power supplies; GF—grounding faults; and current-limiting operation faults.

Faults can be roughly divided into hardware and software issues. General hardware mainly focuses on power modules. Soft settings can sometimes experience fluctuations due to interference issues. The brand also needs to be considered. It’s too general.
