Can train loading and unloading facilities be arranged together with vehicle loading facilities?

I would like to ask whether the vehicle loading and unloading facilities in petrochemical enterprises can be located together with the railway loading and unloading facilities. If so, what should be the distance between them? GB50160-2008 only states that the distance between vehicle loading and unloading facilities and railway loading and unloading facilities should be no less than 15 meters. What should be done in cases where existing facilities are used, with vehicle and railway loading and unloading facilities sharing one platform – with the railway loading and unloading facilities on one side and the vehicle loading and unloading facilities on the other – and the distance between these two types of facilities is less than 15 meters?
Several friends of mine, as well as the person who posted the question, have asked me the same thing. I didn’t have any evidence to provide, so I could only remain silent; however, from what the poster said, it seems that the answer is already clear – since it’s not possible to use a single pier for trains and cars while respecting the 15-meter spacing requirement, two piers must be used instead.
However, these are existing facilities in the factory, and there is only one value listed in Table 4.2.12 of GB50160-2008; this seems to be a requirement for separate installation. So what if they are installed together? It’s not possible to simply remove them just like that – if removal is necessary, there must be a clear basis for it.
In my opinion, there should be no requirement regarding distance; as long as you have enough parking space, that’s fine! ! ! I checked what the original poster said, and it didn’t mention the distance between the two! ?
