The ECD detector used in chromatography has a protective layer. The chance of radiation reaching the human body is very small. X-fluorescence can also be present as long as there is electrical radiation.
X-fluorescence will cause slight radiation, but it is safely protected and the radiation intensity will be checked regularly. There is no radiation from ultraviolet and infrared, so don’t worry.
