Why can’t I give a rating?

I just joined, and I notice that I don’t have the permission to give ratings. There are only those pitiful 5 points available, and I can’t rate any posts. I haven’t violated any rules either, nor have I received any notifications. Please, the moderators, check if other people are facing the same issue. I’m in the first year of high school. Previously, I had a quota of 175 points per day, with a maximum score of 9 points per attempt. What’s going on here? I would appreciate it if the moderator could help resolve this issue!
First year of high school: 175 wealth per day, with a score of 9 wealth per session. Have you reached the maximum rating limit within 24 hours?
If it’s what I mentioned above, then things will return to normal by tomorrow
I can’t give a rating either; I’m waiting for it to be restored!
