Poor absorption in the absorption tower or incomplete desorption in the desorption tower can be solved by adjusting the temperature or pressure. (Changes in the properties of raw materials or changes in the operating parameters of the reaction station, if the absorption station cannot be adjusted in time, can cause changes in the composition of the dry gas. )
Appropriately increase the pressure of the reabsorption tower, or lower the temperature of the reboiler of the desorption tower to see what the effect is?
The absorption effect is still not good! Increase the pressure and reflux volume of the absorption tower, and reduce the feed temperature of the desorption tower and the temperature of the reboiler
