The operation differs in that: The control valve is normal but the system is not normal (or the design is unreasonable). The stop valves before and after the control valve are opened and the regulating valve is used normally. If there is a problem with the control valve, the stop valves before and after the control valve need to be closed for instrument maintenance personnel to deal with, and the bypass valve is put into use. It cannot be adjusted automatically and can only be adjusted manually.
