The slide valve adjustment actually relies on oil pressure to move the balance piston and change the inlet air intake to adjust the energy level. Energy regulation can also be achieved by directly closing the inlet valve.
At present, the screw ammonia refrigeration compressors used by our company, including those from Dalian Bingshan, Wuhan New World, and Yantai Binglun, all use slide valves for energy regulation. The method mentioned on the second floor of turning off the inlet valve of the small ice machine is not advisable. In fact, it increases the inlet resistance drop and reduces the suction pressure of the ice machine. This adjustment method increases the power consumption per unit cooling capacity of the ice machine and is an energy-consuming adjustment method.
The energy adjustment methods of screw refrigerators mainly include suction throttling adjustment, rotation and stop adjustment, frequency conversion adjustment, slide valve adjustment, and plunger valve adjustment. Among them, slide valve adjustment is the most commonly used.
At present, only the slide valve adjustment is used on site, and the adjustment of the inlet pressure is actually very economical. It can also change the working energy by changing the meshing length of the rotor in the inlet power part.
The energy adjustment of screw refrigerator mainly includes slide valve adjustment and inlet valve throttling adjustment, followed by speed adjustment, motor frequency adjustment, water cooler adjustment, fuel injection amount adjustment, etc.
In fact, many methods are only truly useful if they are used. The slide valve adjustment is applicable, convenient and feasible!
Thank you all heroes......
Adjustment methods include segmented and non-segmented adjustment.: There are three levels of capacity adjustment (33%, 66% and 100%) and four levels of capacity adjustment (25%, 50%, 75% and 100%). ; The basic principle and structure of stepless energy adjustment and segmented energy adjustment are the same, except that it can be continuously controlled between 33%-100% or 25%-100% capacity. The working principle is that the capacity-adjusting piston pushes the capacity-adjusting slider, and the moving part of the capacity-adjusting slider bypasses the refrigerant back to the suction end, reducing the refrigerant flow to achieve partial load and the unloading function of the compressor.
