Calculation of heat transfer oil pipe area

A separator is currently being designed, with crude oil as the medium inside it. Heat transfer oil pipes are installed at the bottom of the tank, and these pipes are needed to maintain the temperature of the crude oil at 45°C. I’m not sure how to calculate the area of these heat transfer oil pipes The inlet temperature of the heat transfer oil is 210°C, and the outlet temperature is 105°C. I would appreciate some advice from everyone! Thank you! ! ! ! Could you provide the calculation formula?
